MoU Signed Between Zayed Higher Organization and Life Gate for International Consulting and Training

A Strategic Partnership to Empower People of Determination and Train Professionals Working with Them




As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance social inclusion and vocational empowerment of People of Determination (PoD), Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Life Gate for International Consulting and Training. The aim is to develop and implement specialized training programs that contribute to the qualification of professionals working with PoD and to strengthen their capabilities for active integration into society.

The MoU was signed by His Excellency Abdullah Ismail Al Kamali, Executive Director of the People of Determination Sector at Zayed Higher Organization, and His Excellency Counselor Baher Amin Ghazi, Founder and Partner of Life Gate, during a signing ceremony held at the organization’s headquarters in Abu Dhabi.

Under the terms of the MoU, Zayed Higher Organization will provide suitable venues and facilities for Life Gate to conduct workshops and training courses. It will also identify target groups including parents and supervisors to participate in the Professional Empowerment Diploma Program, prepare training materials in coordination with relevant departments, and define the professional diploma titles and approved curricula to be implemented according to participants’ needs.

In turn, Life Gate for International Consulting and Training is committed to delivering specialized professional training programs, including four training courses, among them, an accredited professional diploma focused on working with People of Determination. It will also provide social and psychological support services through family counseling sessions, raise awareness of PoD rights and available benefits, and contribute to training frontline personnel such as parents and bus supervisors, who will receive accredited certificates.

The partnership also includes areas of cooperation such as exchanging expertise, participating in specialized seminars and conferences, and organizing free workshops for parents, coordinated according to a jointly agreed schedule.

Commenting on the signing, H.E. Abdullah Al Kamali said:
