The visiting delegation was provided with a brief explanation of the organization and the services it offers to various categories of individuals with determination, along with the significant support provided by the leadership of the United Arab Emirates for these groups. The organization also emphasized its efforts to attract the best global technologies and experiences in this field.

Within the framework of the strategic partnership and bilateral cooperation between the institution and the Ural Federal University of Russia, the institution organized a three-day training program at its headquarters in Abu Dhabi for psychological specialists from the institution's staff on the neuro-psychological diagnosis scale for children, presented by Professor Sergei Kiseliev, head of the Brain Development and Neural Cognition Laboratory at the Ural Federal University. The main objective of the training is to introduce the neuro-psychological approach to assisting children, developed by the internationally recognized Russian psychologist, Alexander Luria.

Mr. Pavel Vladimirovich Krikov, Deputy Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region, who accompanied the university delegation as the head of a high-level delegation from the region, said: "The visit is another step towards enhancing cooperation between the Sverdlovsk Region in the Russian Federation and the United Arab Emirates." He extended an invitation to the Secretary-General and a delegation from the organization to participate in the "SOCIO" forum, scheduled to be held in Yekaterinburg from May 13 to 18 under the auspices of the Sverdlovsk Region government. The forum is dedicated to comprehensive rehabilitation issues for individuals with determination and will bring together prominent experts from Russia and around the world. Additionally, a meeting of children's ombudsmen from Russian regions will be held on the sidelines of the forum, addressing social upbringing issues for children with determination.

He expressed his welcome to the participation and transfer of the unique experience and expertise of the Sverdlovsk Region in implementing advanced integration techniques with the Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination. This is achieved through the implementation of international humanitarian projects in this field. Krikov mentioned that individuals with determination represent enormous human potential that has not been fully explored, despite the fact that their percentage varies from one country to another. He clarified that everyone is aware that the main problems facing these groups are feelings of loneliness and social isolation.

He said, "In many companies, when individuals with determination are part of a business project team, the entire workflow adapts to these individuals, helping reduce professional fatigue for their colleagues at work." This confirms that their presence stimulates the entire workforce to increase productivity.

Professor Sergei Kiseliev affirmed that the neuro-psychological approach to assisting children, developed by the Russian psychologist Alexander Luria, contributes to improving understanding of brain development by aiding in comprehending how children's brains evolve and how this impacts their behavior and cognitive abilities. It can help specialists identify the problems and challenges children face in brain development. The neuro-psychological approach can assist professionals in the caregiving field by providing effective strategies and methods to aid children experiencing delays in brain development or specific cognitive disorders.
